Light summer salad with Apimel honey
In the summer, we look for meals with ideal combinations – quick to prepare, fewer calories, made with seasonal, refreshing ingredients and of course, without the need to turn on the oven. This summer salad is all that + 1 – it's gluten-free.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 pieces of fresh figs
- 5 slices of prosciutto
- Mozzarella
- 5 teaspoons of Apimel honey (from the Apimel Classic line)
- juice of 1 lemon
- olive oil
- fresh basil
- pepper and salt
PREPARATION
- Cut the figs, prosciutto, and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and arrange in a shallow bowl or tray.
- Sprinkle with basil leaves to taste.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper to make a fine dressing. Pour the dressing evenly over the prepared figs with prosciutto and mozzarella. Do not stir, as this will cause the figs to fall apart.
