Wholemeal biscuits with honey
INGREDIENTS
- 240g wholemeal flour
- 120g oatmeal
- 140g brown sugar
- half a teaspoon of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of baking soda
- 100g coarsely ground almonds (walnuts or other nuts)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 120 ml of unrefined oil
- 2 tablespoons Apimel Premium honey with Ceylon cinnamon
- vanilla extract
- add sesame if desired
PREPARATION
In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, and in another, beat the eggs, add the oil, honey and vanilla extract, mix gently and add to the bowl with the dry ingredients. With wet hands, make balls, flatten them with your palms and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. This mixture makes 50 pieces. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180°C and leave them to cool. Store them in a tin box and enjoy a healthy treat.
