Chocolate muffins with pudding

INGREDIENTS

for the dough:
200 g flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
120 g margarine
3 eggs
125 g chocolate chips
1 vanilla sugar
zest and juice of half a lemon
2 teaspoons gingerbread spice mix or just ground cinnamon

for the filling:
1 chocolate pudding
3-5 tablespoons of sugar
250 ml of milk

for decoration:
chocolate icing and beads

PREPARATION

Use a mixer to make softened margarine. Gradually add chocolate, vanilla sugar, lemon, gingerbread spice (or ground cinnamon), until a uniform mixture is formed. Add eggs one by one, then flour with baking powder. Spread the dough into the tin.

Prepare the pudding cream according to the instructions on the package (only use 250 ml of milk instead of 500 ml). Use a syringe to inject a small amount of the cream into the middle of the dough. Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C.

For decoration, pour over chocolate glaze (dark or milk chocolate + a little milk + a little margarine + a little sugar).
