Adventurous and rustic honey liqueur

Hazy golden-amber color. Earthy, sweet aromas and flavors of chestnut honey, cashews, buckwheat toast, leather, and chamomile tea, with a velvety, soft, fruity-sweet medium-light body. The finish is elegant, seductive, and lively, with notes of caramel latte, slightly peppery melon rind, herbs, prunes, pollen, and propolis.

Melkior honey liqueur it is produced with more than 10 % Apimel chestnut honey, which is enriched with the extract of (lat. Centaurium erythraea) – one of the most valued medicinal herbs. This recipe gives Melkior its distinctive, slightly bitter taste.
