Dumplings with plums and lavender honey

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
- Half a liter of water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 500g plain flour
- 80g butter
- 2 eggs
For the filling:
- 80g sugar
- 2 teaspoons of dried lavender flowers
- 50g ground walnuts
- 2-3 tablespoons of white rum
- 500g plums
To serve:
- a little butter or oil
- about 50g breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Apimel honey with added lavender
PREPARATION
Knead the dough for the dumplings, roll them into circles with your hands and place the filling in the middle. Shape the balls, making sure they are approximately the same size so that they all cook evenly. Cook the dumplings in lightly salted boiling water until they all rise to the surface (10-15 minutes). Fry the breadcrumbs in a little butter or oil. Drain the dumplings and roll them in the crumbs. Sweeten with Apimel honey with lavender. Enjoy!
